Account deactivated due to DAC7, have been waiting forever for verification
My account has now been deactivated although all DAC7 info was submitted some time ago, and the "DAC7 Legislation Compliance" portal has been showing "Pending verification / You'll receive an email when we've completed the review of your information" for several weeks now.
All inquiries to the support team (e.g. case 16776210961) have been answered "wait for an update from our internal team." Which, in my experience, often means it's been black-holed.
Does anyone know how to get this process moving? Has anyone had any experience regarding how long this really should take?

If you have somehow access, do the DAC7 again. I completed it and didn't see any progress, after two days did it again and instantly the warning disappeared form the main dashboard.

Our Account also has been Deactivated Today!
I got a call yesterday from an Amazon Compliance Employee who goes by "Jonathan" with a UK Phone Number ( +44 ). He brought to my attention, that there was a slight discrepancy between the Business Name in Amazon's Records and the DAC7 Form.
The German equivalent of the LLC / Ltd. was missing in the DAC7 Form, Although it was correctly stated in our Account Info.
This has been fixed Today. Now The LLC / Ltd. has been added to the Form by someone
But the Verification is still Pending. I opened Two Cases already and pleaded for a Reactivation or at least an Expedited DAC7 Approval. But no chance yet.
We've got 20 Shipments Ready to go at our Warehouse but can't send any stock in while the Account is Deactivated. And we are missing out on a lot of sales of course as well.
Please let me know if you find a way back to Activation, I'll do the Same if I find one!

I do understand this can be very frustrating, especially the waiting time. These verification processes can truly be a bit daunting at times. Making sure everything matches correctly and all the information has been entered.

First, I would like to thank @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC and @Seller_BTmfexiRREs0t for supporting the Community. I am truly happy it seems you both were able to complete the process successfully.
It looks as if you @Seller_ZYbDdxcUMgqhY, not only have the DAC7 process, there is now the INFORM Consumers Act to complete verification. This one has next steps to Start Verification.
Can you please tell me what you see when you "Check your verification status on the DAC7 Portal from the Account Health Page?
The other thing I would like you to check:
- From the Settings wheel, top right in Seller Central - click Account Info
- From the left panel, Click Tax Information
- Next, select VAT Information
I do see VAT information here - Please review the information on the bottom half of the page - this is : Canada GST Registration Information, and .mx, .ca and .com - add any missing information. Please confirm the VAT Registration Number is entered.
