Address change problem

We are a small in home business that resells on Amazon. We recently moved in the last 6 months and we were able to change our seller address as well as our return address. Just recently we sent in a product we had scanned and Amazon said we could sell. It changed while the product was enroute. Amazon started returning them unbeknownst to us. They returned them to our old address. I feel so bad for the new owners of our house. This has been a long haul and should be much simpler to do. Does anyone have any advice on how to change every address field? Especially returned address for FBA products. I am emphasizing FBA because we are not fulfilled by merchant.

To change your address, complete the following steps:

On Seller Central, go to Settings, and then select Account Info.

In the Business Information section, select Business Address.

Select Add a new address.

Enter your address information and click Submit.

Let me know if this doesn't fix the issue!
