FBA Fake Orders

Hello Guys,

Since few days we are received numerous fake orders, All orders are FBA orders and cash on delivery with a situation either refused delivery or shipping address undeliverable.

As per amazon policy they charge us for pick and pack fees which is 8 to 10 AED per order, with 100 fake orders we are losing nearly 1000 AED daily.

I made several cases to cancel the suspicious orders before dispatch however, amazon seller support stated as the payment has been completed, hence these orders can not be cancelled.

I don't understand how payment has been completed if the order is cash on delivery and never been delivered.

Anyone please can advise how we are supposed to deal with such fake orders and avoid the loss of pick and pack fees.

I expect there should be something to be done.

All sellers should adhre to the Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct. If you observe any violation of these policies which harm other sellers, please report the same with the Seller Support.

SAME EXPERIENCE I RECENTLY HAD, AFTER ORDERING 2 PCS ITEM, BUT I STILL RETURNED ONE ITEM, AND THE OTHER ITEM WAS NOT RETURNED. NEED TO INVESTIGATE ABOUT IT.

Hello Dear !

I have 1 suggestion for you , You should check your new orders in every hours regularly , once you found any COD. immediately Open a case and give the reference of previous COD rejected orders.

I hope Amazon seller support team will help you.

Amazon is now, return market, there are some many fake orders and returns that people are selling amazon returns on large shops.

Amazon should give right to seller to deny any order and that order can be accepted by an other seller, if 3 sellers deny to sell, it means the order is fake.

this way they can avoid fake order issue.
