How to generate an additional invoice / bill customer additional funds after they made an order? Is it possible?
Customer is requesting us to expedite the item and is willing to pay for any additional charges. Is there a way I can invoice them or bill them for an additional charge through Amazon (or third party)? Thank you.

NO, and trying to do so can get your account suspended.
They will have to cancel the order and repurchase with expedited shipping IF you offer it!

@Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp is correct you should never attempt to process an Amazon Order outside of Amazon. It can cause issues with your account and you may be subject to A-to-Z Claims.
The best course is to assist the seller is to have them request cancelation and then order again with expedited shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
