I am getting some orders coming through but I have a lot stuck in pending at the moment. Some 2-3 hours old

Ok phew! Glad its not just us. Exactly the same orders about 2-3hrs old, newer ones are coming through though which is so frustrating!! On our busiest postal day too

I am currently on a chat with support - tried to tell me that perhaps all the orders weren't paid for! Will update when they have come back to me as they are currently 'investigating'
