NEWBIE Amazon purchase Royal Mail labels in BULK - Saving weight dimensions for next time

Hello.

Please firstly forgive my lack of knowledge here regarding the following. This is completely new to me and may require further information to make sense of it,:man_facepalming:

Basically, We require now to purchase our Royal Mail 2nd class large letters through Amazon in BULK. We have finally managed to do this for a single label. However the information on the label is not the same as Click & Drop with the information showing the product on the labels.

After hearing, after entertering the weights & dimensions of the products, we are able to save this in order for next time, we do not have to enter this information for the same product again? However after speaking to an Amazon representive, this is not possible and we need to enter the information of the products again?

Would using the Royal Mail 2nd class Large Letter help improve the VTR rate? We will not be using Royal Mail 48 at this time.

**

WHAT I KNOW:

I know how to purchase labels in bulk. You choose the products and click the Buy Labels In Bulk Yellow Box at the top. Choose the weights and dimensions and posting service. And out pops a shipping label.

yes
if you are only buying Large Letters and using service code CRL for RM48 and allowing C&D to send over the 2d confirmation numbers, nothing has changed
you can continue to do this

your VTR will not get over 95% due to the scan rate however, amazon do validate them and not suspend any offers

once you enter the weight and dimensions for a sku once, the system remembers it next time you buy postage for that sku

it works the same way as C&D in that you’d still have to state which service you want to use

however, if you are already using CRL RM48 on click and drop, why are you now paying more to buy 2nd class on amazon for LLs ?

RM48 CRL on C&D is perfectly fine to use - and has been for over 2 years now
