Same asin , different product

I am writing to bring to your attention a problem I encountered while attempting to sell my nebulizer product in the German market.
In the French market, I have successfully listed my nebulizer product with my own barcode obtained from GS1 and under my own brand. However, upon expanding to the German market, I discovered that there is another nebulizer product listed under a different brand but with the same ASIN as mine (ASIN: B081159Z9J ).
As I understand it, ASINs are unique identifiers assigned by Amazon. Given that I am the sole creator of my own barcodes and there is no way that both products could have the same barcode, I suspect that this issue originated from the ASIN assignment by Amazon. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
Could you please investigate this issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it? It is crucial for my business that my product maintains its distinct identity on the Amazon platform. I am open to providing any additional information or documentation required to support the resolution process.

You can’t raise support queries here you will need to raise this with Seller Support
Just be aware they may not change the brand for you even if it is wrong. It is very difficult to get a brand corrected on Amazon. If you are brand registered though it does make it easier.
