My branded listing has been hijacked, and Amazon support has been of no help. It will take time to fix it, and I like to at least issue a warning to my customer.
Can I issue a warning in the Amazon listing (bullet point area) saying - WARNING: Be aware of counterfeit products? To guarantee authenticity, ensure your purchase is sold and shipped by Undyfied.

I recommend reading through our Selling policies and seller code of conduct to understand what is and is not allowed so you can make the most educated decision for your business.
I also wanted to add that you will not be able to report that a product is counterfeit against your trademark until your trademark is fully registered with USPTO!
Once you receive your test buy, you can report the product if it is a completely different product as a listing violation through Report Abuse.
