I want to donate my products to Barnardo's, which protects and supports the UK's most vulnerable children and young people.
Hello I have been trying to sell my handmade products on Amazon UK for about 3 months. My page was suspended because I did not have a UK VAT number. It is not possible for small traders like me who produce handmade products to cover the cost that will come out in the research I did to get a VAT number. It was already difficult and tiring to register with Amazon UK. Shipping and tax costs to send the products to England consumed my budget. As a result, I want to donate the remaining 484 products on Amazon UK FBA to young and child students under the supervision of Barnardo's institution, which protects and supports the most vulnerable children and young people in England, and close the Amazon UK sales page. I need the guidance of Amazon representatives on this matter. Best regards.

Whilst you can choose to dispose of your stock via Amazon's disposal process, you cannot choose what Amazon do with the stock.
They will try to donate your stock to charity, but you cannot choose which charity it goes to - and of course charities do not have to take it.

Note, given you state about sending products to England you would have HAD to be VAT registered.
All you can do is create a disposal order - but you can't select where it goes.
I also would imagine you won't be able to close your amazon UK account without providing a VAT number.

the requirement for you to be Vat registered in Uk is a LEGAL requirement not Amazon being g difficult. They have to enforce sellers to comply with government rules.
