Dear Amazon, My primary seller account has issue.
When I log in it shows error message
"Not Authorized

Can any mod help me to open the case?? I cannot even open the case since seller central keep asks me to register.

I was able to mirror your account login from my end under the JP marketplace.
Make sure to select Japan on the dropdown once you are logged in, you can then head over to the support function of seller central (top right --> Help button).
