Relisting after policy violation
Hi, hopefully somebody can help.
I have been selling 1 product for 10 years on Amazon then in July 2023 it was taken down for a review violation which I disputed. All to no avail, I was told I would have to wait 180 days for the violation to be removed. This has now taken place and the violation has been removed. I called to ask for my product to be reinstated and was told I can no longer list this product.
Is this true?
Am I able to relist it myself?
Thanks.

Even thou the Violation is removed after 180 days , you need to submit information and only if Amazon accept this , then you can resist the affected Listing .

Hello @Seller_TJarIOCsW82kf
As @Seller_XEQuzZT3zfYAw and @Seller_cRIFp5ulVLqvG mentioned, an ASIN can be reinstated if the information/documents sent by the Seller in the appeal are accepted.
If you don't address the violation or the appeal is rejected, the violation will disappear from your Account Health Dashboard after 180 days, but that doesn't mean that the ASIN is reinstated.
I hope it clarifies your doubts.
Regards,
Sakura
