Custom Product Undeliverable Due to Incorrect Information
I am facing a problem with a custom product I shipped to a customer on September 23rd. According to USPS tracking, the package has been attempted to deliver twice but was unsuccessful due to "undeliverable" reasons. I believe there may be an error with the delivery address provided by the customer. Despite my attempts to contact my customer for clarification, I have not received a response. The package is now being returned to me. Given that the delivery deadline has passed and I cannot obtain the correct delivery address. anyone know what steps I should take to resolve this issue ?

Are you selling through the Amazon Custom program?
Rules are different for Custom. If you are selling through Handmade, you should post in that forum -- Handmade has a Custom aspect to some of the items.
This is all I find in Help for Custom and returns (this is buyer-facing information -- not seller facing info... Page is "About our returns policies"
Customized Products
Custom products are not returnable but may be refunded or replaced within 30 days of delivery if the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered. If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the third-party seller, you are protected per the Amazon A-to-z Guarantee.
