FBA Shipment MISSING

Please can you help me,We delivered 593 units on 30 august 2024 to BHX4, Shipment ref .FBA15JF5M7S2. The status of this shipment on the dashboard is still 'in transit', despite the stock being delivered on 30 august 2024.We have been out of stock since then which has heavily impacted the business throughout Aug and September.Please can you support me with getting these recieved into inventory asap. Firstly your tag for @Simon_Amazon will not be seen as not highlighted in blue, and I have just tried to tag him correctly and his name is not appearing on the dropdown ??! You will maybe need to try tagging a different mod. Personally cannot help with your problem as do not use FBA.

Same with me, either stuff stuck in transit or delivered but nothing appears to be working. Amazon are literally screwing me out of business now!
