I don't have evidence that I list restrict product
I don't have evidence that I list restrict product. I never list it in fact. I just want to sell asins from others. I never sell them too.
I would like to sell on amazon. I have new idea and new products recently. I don't have too many accounts. I know that is dangerous.
It almost one year. I appeal every week.
Can amazon forgive me? Reactive my account?

Hello @Seller_mNkh7ooK0zj3u,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.

As I see you have posted on this topic previously, I would ask that you review the last information provided by @Nikki_Amazon, and your follow up response:
Unfortunately this is not possible. The only path to reactivate your account is to submit evidence or documentation that shows that your account has not violated our Restricted Products policy.c
I admit that I was so greedy that forget amazon restrict product rules. But I have definitely not sold any restricted Products and never edit listing of those asin. I have used FBA for 1 year, and I will keep using it. I admit that i didn't look at the ASIN picture clearly more than 6 times.
You mentioned in that thread, you did not review the ASIN or confirm compliance which resulted in this violation and subsequent deactivation. As @Nikki_Amazon stated, this situation can only be resolved with the requested information that shows proof that your account has not violated our restricted products policy. If these documents do not exist or do not meet our expectations, the account will remain deactivated.
Any form of an "appeal" or "apology" will not be accepted as these do not address the situation at hand.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Hello @Lukas_fang,
Thank you for following up here.
I will state that the creation of repeated duplicate threads is a direct violation of our community guidelines and is not advised. Doing this slows our ability to respond to your original thread, creating even further delays and disruption to the seller forums.
At this time, our review teams have communicated that the account is not eligible for reactivation and will remain deactivated at this time. The only information they are able to accept is proof that the product AND the ASIN details never violated our policy. If this occurred in any capacity the account will remain deactivated.
I am unable to offer any additional guidance at this time on the situation.
Emet.
