Copliance issue
Hi,
I need an urgent expert advise regarding my listing of woodwick candles which i have been selling since February.
I got an email from Amazon I need to submit compliance document i did it and then got another email that my listing is fully compliant and no need to do anything.
However after that i tried to send inventory for fba and every time i got a message" I need approval" when i click on "request approval" it says that you can sell that product . And this process continue again and again.
I am only selling on UK marketplace however during that time my payment methos was set back to my older bank account and all European countries were assigned with it i contacted to support team they confirmed that my current bank account is fully verified but my all amount has been in reserved status.
when I contacted SS for listing issue they said i need to delete and relist if issue is persistent.
I deleted my list but could not able to relist it some of my units are already in amazon warehouse.

When you click "Request approval," does it open a new window with the yellow button "Sell yours"?
Have you tried reaching out to seller support with a screenshot of the steps you're seeing?
