can't break variation

I am trying to break variation family and although the parent has been deleted from the inventory, and the children ASINs seem to be disconnected in the inventory, they are still connected in the live list page.

as I see in the variation wizard, the parent ASIN is B076HG1W72. but I don't have the SKU so I can't even try to delete it again with flat file. so how can I delete the parent and break variation?

the ASIN parent doesn't exist in the inventory and I don't gave it's SKU, that's why I can't delete it. but it still connects the children together.

So how this works overall.

  1. If you didn't create the parent, you can't delete it or the relationship
  2. You can't put a SKU on an existing parent or move it into your inventory
  3. Without the Parent SKU, I know of no way to remove it from the catalog

Now, it's possible that different regions might work a little differently. You really should be asking over in the UK Forums.

However, I have also created Variation Relationship in the UK and not seen any differences.

You can switch to the UK Forums using the drop down top right.

THE ONLY POSSIBILITY I CAN THINK OF ...

If you created the parent .... In yous support case ask specifically for the "Catalog Team" to either provide you the SKU you used to create it OR to delete the ASIN for you.

Do NOT settle for Tier 1 supports answers. Ask to escalate.

If you did NOT create the original parent you are S.O.L.

When I check the parent I get a dog page.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076HG1W72

IF FOR SOME REASON you are referring to the UK version, then you can't delete the parent without the SKU used to create it.
