We removed product reviews from bad actors Question
Between 2024 to date, we have received around 11 emails saying that Amazon has removed product reviews from bad actors.
We are thankful for this, but our biggest concern is that even though Amazon says it has taken them down, the REVIEW RATING STAYS THE SAME. The written review will not be there, but the overall star and % remain the same.
Does anyone have this same issue? Any solution on this?

Hello @Seller_az1eyfLFpu9gN- and glad to hear you've seen reports that inappropriate product reviews have been removed.
It is true that our systems use machine learning to calculate this average, which you can read further on in this page.
Have you seen this update at all in the days since this post?
