How to sync the existing listing items name to approved brand name?
Hello everyone,
According to Amazon instruction that after I have approved brand name, I need to contact Amazon Brand Registry support to sync the existing listing items name to the approved brand name. I had requested to sync one of my Asin in order to know if it is the right process. After I created a case, the brand registry support said he updated the name on the Asin and it will take 5-7 days to have the brand name changed on the Asin. I have been waiting for more than 2 week; the brand name on the Asin hasn't been updated. Did I do the right things? Otherwise, how do I update or sync my existing listing to my approved brand name in order to use Amazon features such as A+ content, the Amazon Vine program, and the storefront. Would anybody know the process to share with me? I'm appreciating it.

Why do you think it is advantageous to bypass the Amazon Seller University Training Videos?????? With your question alone you are already doing things wrong without even knowing it!!!!! What you are asking is not a minor issue....It's a major issue and the #1 reason Amazon deactivates so many sellers!!!! Sometimes yes there are stupid questions when all the answers are in the videos but you need to take the time to educate yourself!!!!!
Just because you have been ungated by Amazon does not mean you are legally approved to sell that product on Amazon. Being ungated/approved on Amazon to sell a specific BRAND is part of the process but not all of the process!!!!
You need to get legal authorization FROM THE BRAND to represent and sell the BRAND on Amazon.
That is the FIRST STEP!!!!! Do it FIRST BEFORE YOU EVEN ATTEMPT TO SELL ANTHING ON AMAZON!!!!!

If you are trying to move your ASINs from your store name to your brand name, you have to create all new ASIN's. From what I understand, they do not sync, they do not get transferred.

Dougal from the Community Manager Team here and thanks for including the case ID. I recommend responding to that case and state that is has been over the 7 days provided in the last correspondence and the detail page still has not been updated. Brand Registry support would then be able to determine what may have happened.
Please let me know how it goes. If the change still does not occur after they stated it would this second time, I then can escalate for additional consideration.
