Antiques are among the items excluded from the GPSR, so I would think that used books are probably excluded too (at least I hope so). As for photos - since Amazon' stock photos over-ride your own, about 50% would be wrong

I have spoken to a lawyer and she says that English Law does not require you to trade in NI if you do not wish to do so.

FBM, Ebay and many websites simply allow you to turn "off" NI.

The simplest solution here is that FBA simply introduce a button allwing every switch off FBA.

And Amazon needs to anounce the introduction of the off button for NI immediately to stop the stress being caused to thousands of sellers.
