Identity verification

I received the below email from Amazon:

"We have verified your documents, however as an enhanced security measure, you must complete an additional identity verification check before you are eligible to sell on Amazon.com. Take one of the following actions to complete your identity verification: -- Take a photo of your face and ID document using the Seller Central ID document photo service..... "

I searched for "ID document photo service" on Amazon seller central and I got this answer:

"Here are the steps to add your seller ID document photo in Seller Central:

1. Go to Seller Central and click on Settings.

2. Under Account Info, click on Manage users.

3. Click on Edit for the user you want to add the ID photo for...."

Can't locate the button "Manage Users"

Can anybody help?

I did a quick check of your account and see that you have received a performance notification yesterday that you can find here (top one dated 12/6). Within this performance notification is some of the information you provided above, but also provided you with the steps of how to complete the identity verification by taking a phot of your face and ID document.

Please review this notification that has the appropriate steps for you to take to continue with your verification.
