Negative feedback 1 star left after customer cancelled order

Order 204-9073402-4368304. Buyer cancelled order almost immediately after purchasing the item. I refund within 10 minutes and they left a negative feedback with the comment "Na". The removal system and appeal denied my requests near immediately. Is there anything that can be done to help me here? See timeline below. I am not sure how else I could have handled it?

Tue, Aug 13, 8:02 AM Customer submitted cancellation request

Tue, Aug 13, 8:12 AM I accepted the cancellation and refunded customer

Later that day, customer left negative feedback.

you can’t do anything about the feedback (ridiculous) but had you marked it as dispatched in such a short time - if not then their payment had not been taken in the first place.

That is incredibly harsh - especially as the feedback is literally 'Na' so not even constructive. You would have thought amazon could at least put a minimum character count in as a requirement for seller feedback. They have one for forum posts!

I would assume that orders cancellled before leaving pending cannot have feedback, while if the order is cancelled by the seller (even if customer approved) amazon allow feedback.

Not right - but you will likely not get anywhere with Seller Support.

So you'll need to share a Seller Support Case ID and tag in a moderator to get a grown up to look at it.

Due to the rather timely actions by the buyer the buyer’s account probably wasn’t debited but was credited from the seller’s account ? I must be wrong !
