REPORT ABUSE FORMS NOT WORKING....AS ALWAYS

Why can't sellers report abuse? Why doesn't Amazon want to the reports? So anything can be sold on any listing these days?
For the report: "The product received is different than the product on the detail page (different version, model or product)", I get "no violation has been identified on the reported ASIN for the violation type selected." [over and over and over]
I've opened cases many times.
Current case today is CASE 15894099411. Seller is selling wrong, older outdated model. We are told to do test buys and then no where to report. I've escalted to exec team and a case appeared in my cases and then disappeared.
Case 15894099411 requested screen shots and more info. When I provided it, the information was removed and the case marked "transferred" with no option to respond in any way. Same thing happened on another issue a few weeks ago. After a few days the case was closed, not to be reopened.
What happened to my input and the case?
I could give a long history of other cases, two from about 12 days ago....same response. Many reports from two months ago...same email response or else no response. We had 41 counterfeit sellers in April and May and many reports filed and nothing done with any of them. Finally after 7 weeks and 300-500 counterfeit proeducts shipped to customers, the executive team assigned someone. After 10 years of selling as an exclusive seller on a branded listing, these sellers are appearing every few weeks. I can't run my business if i spend all my time trying to get Amazon to work! It is apparent they do not want this to work. They do not want the reports.
Can one of you at Amazon help? I have other cases too.

However, our best advice will be for you to directly follow the steps to appeal revoked decision. I recommend continuing to monitor your compliance and performance notifications for updates on the review.
