Today's Sales (Incorrect Information)
Hi , I would really appreciate if anyone can help me. I made a total sales of £310 on a specific day and just before 00:00 ‘Today’s Sales’ information changed from £310 to £259. Up until 23:45 , ‘Today’s Sales’ information was correct of £310. The number of units ordered are still the same as when it was £310. There is a discrepancy of £51.
I tried opening a case and speak to them , they just don’t seem to understand. Every time I create a case or ask Amazon seller support of help , they just copy paste information or don’t seem to understand any of the problems. This is so frustrating.

Is it possible the £310 is a cash sale and the figure is net of VAT. Not sure which reports you are going off.

Check your cancellations tab too for any orders where buyer cancelled within the 30 minute cool off period

Thank you for the replies . It was an error from Amazon , I checked the next day and everything was back to normal
