my product was in towel bar Category but amazon change Category to Home Storage & Organization

my product is towel bar so why amazon change Category

and when i create a case for changing Category seller support say we are unable to accept the suggested category This product is assigned to the current category based on the detail page and how Amazon customers find products through search and browse.

we never mention storage or Organization related in our product detail page

please help if any one know how to change or what can i do
