Account deactivate section 3 after video interview
Hello,
My Amazon account was deactivated on April 4 , 2024, (on section 3) after I sent 3 units of a product from a brand to Amazon for the first time. When these products arrived in Amazon's inventory, they were immediately sent to stranded inventory, and that's when I received the first email on February 24, 2024 (Picture 1 and 2) ,that I did not comply with the required labels.
Subsequently, I received (Picture 3) notice that my account was under review, and in order to prove the authenticity of the products, I had to pass a video interview (which I attended). PS: I checked the orders and I did not sell any product from this ASIN; it seems Amazon has deleted the listing .
On April 3, I received notification that I participated in the interview (picture 4), and from there, I sent the requested documents to Amazon through my Amazon seller account or directly to the email where I received the same response:
(Picture 5 and 6 )
'Thank you for participating in the interview, but your account remains inactive.' The products were purchased from the UK from a distributor with an invoice and proof of payment on the company, and these documents were sent to Amazon with clear specifications: detailing the entire journey from the supplier's website to all information up to the prep center in the UK, commercial invoice, tracking number to the USA. It has been a month already, and I have tried numerous times to call Amazon's seller support, but they couldn't help me much! I understand they can't tell me the exact reason, but I would like to change the model to Private Label, as I started with the registered brand 4 years ago, and avoid these problems!
Can anyone help me with any advice or whether I have any chance of reactivating this account or not? Do I have any chance if I create a POA (plan of action) or if I can retake that video interview? Thank you very much for all the help.

Lot's of useless info here and no info that is needed, such as what product you were selling and how you purchased it.
"Your "supplier" can mean a million things. generally restricted product violations are lifetime suspensions

Hello @Seller_FWEhbYmmcfI8f,
Thank you for posting your concern with your account deactivation.
I reviewed your notifications and situation, it would appear there was a serious concern with the product you sent to the fulfillment center.
On April 3, I received notification that I participated in the interview (picture 4), and from there, I sent the requested documents to Amazon through my Amazon seller account or directly to the email where I received the same response:
'Thank you for participating in the interview, but your account remains inactive.' The products were purchased from the UK from a distributor with an invoice and proof of payment on the company, and these documents were sent to Amazon with clear specifications: detailing the entire journey from the supplier's website to all information up to the prep center in the UK, commercial invoice, tracking number to the USA.
As mentioned you provided invoices from your suppliers website, as @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI advised this could be a large number of different thing. If we cannot accept the invoices, and proof of payment there could be a concern with your supplier or their authorization to distribute the brand or product.
First, please ensure that your invoices meet our requirements listed on our responsible sourcing help page, this offers specific key points of information your documentation requires.
Additionally, please ensure that your supplier meets our supply chain standard. You will also need to confirm that your supplier has been authorized by the brand or rights owner of the product you were attempting to sell. Can they provide you with a letter of authorization they received from the brand or rights owner, or were you authorized directly by the brand?
PS: I checked the orders and I did not sell any product from this ASIN
I wanted to add a note on this as it has been brought up recently in a number of threads. If you add a product to your manage inventory, create a shipment, or actually send inventory to Amazon it will be subject to concerns of authenticity, intellectual properties and other regulatory policies. This still applies if you sell the product or not as simply listing it can violate someones intellectual properties if you are not authorized.
Do I have any chance if I create a POA (plan of action) or if I can retake that video interview? Thank you very much for all the help.
Regarding this situation and based on the prior video call you mentioned and the outcome, a plan of action will not be accepted.
At this stage, the only documentation we can accept would be the requested invoices, letter of authorization or license agreement. If we cannot confirm these documents the account may not be eligible for reactivation at this time.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
