Why are Amazon inbound shipments taking so long?
Is anyone else experiencing really long timeframes for Amazon FBA inbound shipments? I have noticed that the service is getting really sloppy but the charges keep going up.
I have had several shipments that have not been collected for days after scheduled pick up date yet moved to "in-transit" status. The lack of support agents make up some waffle and rebook the shipments but they still don't get picked up.
This service used to be really good but it is terrible now.
Amazon has of course taken its fees and I will never see that money again. Surely for the ever increasing Amazon costs I can expect some service!!!

Hi @Seller_pixSY1g97J4aL,
Thanks for reaching out on the Seller Forums!
I know it's not ideal to hear, but sometimes the shipment process does take a bit of time to complete due to a variety of reasons, including high volume.
That said, if you can please send me your shipment ID and case IDs for this, I'd be happy to take a further look into that shipment to make sure everything's on the right track.
Have a great weekend,
Jameson
