Handling time changes made by amazon automatically.

Hello!

I am having an issue with our default handling time and was wondering if anybody else went through the same.

I had in my shipping definitions that handling time should be set for 2 days. But starting just last week, amazon started consdering my handling time as 0.

I doubled checked my shipping setting and all was normal (2 days selected).

When questioning amazon about this, they said that i had 0 days defined in my product page. I never made this change and actually did not even notice that field there. Amazon added this field and just let it set up with 0. Amazon said i could correct in bulk all of my products listed using a template, but the template comes back empty and i have to register them indvidually there. They keep sending me an automatic reply for how to add products.

As anyone been through this and can someone help me understand how to make these changes in bulk? because i have over 2000 references listed and now have orders that are considered delayes because amazon ignored my settings for handling time.
