Pls Suggest - BRAND Approval Related Issue

Hello Seller Community, pls suggest :

I have applied for BRAND Approval and have attached the supplier Invoice, USA-based. The invoice has all the relevant details then too Amazon BOTS is refusing approval with almost similar replies.

I have also provided wire transfer details then too no luck.

When HELP was sought by asking them to review manually, then too same refusal without reason.

Case ID: 15935853831

Not sure how can we do business here then? Even USA-based invoices for suppliers that have a website, all email & contact details, then too we have to face refusal. We have paid money to the supplier now.

Looks like it's getting difficult here to work with now.

Pls, suggest.

"I have applied for BRAND Approval and have attached the supplier Invoice, USA-based. "

More and more frequently Amazon is taking a TWO STEP approach and you are only doing one of the steps (and possibly not even the one!) If Amazon is rejecting your "proof" it is likely as a result of NOT meeting these requirements --

DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?

DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.

NOTE the verification is required from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT from one of those touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products" that assures you that they are authorized.

If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.

Spend hours/days on Seller U and read the Forum to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above!

Hi there @Seller_YUiI0rMXSSvQ9,

Just to add to what was stated by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp, in most cases you can delete a thread by going to the three dots in the right hand corner of the thread and selecting delete thread.

Regarding your application, in general Amazon will not share why your account was or was not accepted to sell a product requiring approval. I would recommend you review the invoice requirements help video to get a better sense of what Amazon expects in invoices and ensuring you are sourcing your inventory with verifiable sources.

Thank you for your understanding.
