How do I reinstate my Amazon account
Hello.. My account was Deactivated because Amazon couldn’t verify the information related to my seller account.. Apparently, I never knew when I opened an account in the US market place, I’ve been selling only in the Uk market place, so my UK account was deactivated also, but before I can re activate my UK account, I need to re activate my US account
I have appealed several times, I’ve sent in different documents , but still they wouldn’t re activate my account.. Please any idea

You mentioned the US store needs to be reactivated and that we could not verify information related to your selling account. Could you elaborate on the type of verification issues you're experiencing?
Were you asked to provide any specific documentation such a utility bill, was there any mention of inventory or supply chain?
Depending on your situation you can review our seller identity verification help page for guidance on our utility bill requirements.
Additionally, if your notification also inquired on your inventory or supply chain, you will need to also provide an invoice and a letter of authorization in some situations. I have linked the appropriate help page for each requirement for your review.
Once the US store has been reinstated, you should be able to log back into your UK store and acknowledge the associated store has been reinstated via the appeal button in the account health page.
