Deposit method verification repeadetly failed

Absolute nightmare experience for me being a first time Amazon seller and having such trouble setting up my deposit method. I have a business bank account with Bank of America and have been trying to set up my deposit method with Amazon using its details since I started about a month ago. Every time I enter the details and set up a deposit method, it looks good and green and I think its working and then a few days later I get an email from Amazon saying deposit verification method failed and they were unable to deposit $0.01 into my account and have removed my deposit method and that I need to re verify all the details are correct. I have been going through this cycle for over a month, have spent atleast 6-7 hours on the phone talking to different Amazon agents via call, live chat, cases created, but NOONE is able to help me. Their first response is always the same that everything looks good on their end and then my case is automatically closed. I have requested this case to be escalated multiple times and still have no luck what so ever. Every time I go through the same cycle and the verification fails then I get another email to re add my deposit method. I have thousands stuck with Amazon and bills to pay for my inventory purchases and no revenue coming in due to this issue, it is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.

The latest information I got on my last case created was I need to verify by uploading a bank statement/document and thats why its failing but when I follow the instructions I do not see any type of verify button or any place to upload the document anywhere in the deposit methods section or manage deposit method section or any page at all. How am I supposed to upload my document if there is no verify button showing up for me?? The most frustrating part is continuously getting in touch with new agents and spending hours on the phone just for me to be promised I will be contacted soon by the relevant team and me receiving a generic response that everything looks good and my case automatically closing and being marked as resolved!!! If it was resolved I wouldn't be spending hours and hours going through the same thing over and over as every time I re add my deposit method yes it looks good at first then a few days later I get the same email over and over that that deposit method verification method failed and I reset the same cycle. I cannot begin to express how much of a nightmare this case has become, I have over 200 orders and still no way to receive my funds.

Post your Seller Support case ID(s). In order for any Community Manager to help you, that's the first thing they'll ask for. Tag a couple CMs in that same post and hopefully one will stop by to assist.

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if you were still facing this issue? I took a quick look at your account and it appears from what I can tell on my end that your bank account ending in 400 is verified and currently approved. Is that not what you are seeing on your end? I am also seeing an upcoming payment set to be made on 9/25/2024.

If not, it sounds like you have opened cases with Seller Support already. If you'd like to share your most recent case #'s below I'd be happy to review your issue in more detail there and read through any correspondence provided up until now.
