Closing amazon account
How can I permanently close my amazon account? I've done the closing procedure but I still can see my account.

There is a 90 day waiting period in case you get any returns. Make sure your stuff is on vacation and not available.

Are there any violations on your account? If so, you cannot close it.

I would advise deleting all listings (not just putting them on vacation). Delete all active or inactive listings.
I advise this based on the occasional hijacked listing where something you sold years ago suddenly causes account trouble / IP warning, restricted product, etc. It need not be something sold, it could be a currently active listing.

Hello @Seller_L6vpGGjtX56ft,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account.
I appreciate you posting your inquiry into closing your account. I understand that you've gone through the processes to close the account, however as mentioned by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 and per our close your account policy under step 6:
- Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.
As mentioned by the community and the policy, if the account has undergone a deactivation it will not be eligible for closure.
I clicked on closing my account and I have this message: "We’ve received your request to close your account. Your account is currently in blocked status, and no further subscription fees will be charged to your account. If you take no further action on your account, it will remain in the same status. If you wish to appeal the deactivation of your account, you can do so in Seller Central."
So, I am not sure if my account is close or not. I believe it's not because I still can navigate through mt account.
I would like to offer clarification on this. Your account is not closed and as mentioned above it will not be eligible for closure until the original account deactivation reasons are addressed. I would also advise on never creating a second selling account as it will be immediately associated to this store and eligible for immediate deactivation including but not limited to all funds and inventory being held.
If you would like support in addressing the current and ongoing situation, I would ask that you post your original deactivation notice so I can provide more specific support for your situation.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
