Product wrongly flagged as Natural Health Product - HELP!

Dear Amazon service team,

I am writing to address the recent deactivation of my ASIN. Amazon Canada has classified this product as a Natural Health Product, requiring an NPN/DIN number. Despite our efforts to appeal by submitting the necessary documentation, including ingredient lists and product packaging photos, we continue to receive automated responses requesting a DIN/NPN number. It is important to note that this product does not fall under the category of a Natural Health Product, and we do not possess an NPN/DIN number for it.

I have diligently updated all required information on the detail page in compliance with Amazon's guidelines. However, it appears that our appeals are not being reviewed thoroughly. It is confusing to see other sellers on Amazon offering the same product with exact same or similar ingredients, without an NPN number, for many years. The product shares the same or similar ingredient as my product flagged by Amazon Canada.

I seek assistance from fellow sellers who may have encountered a similar situation or have suggestions on how I can reinstate my listing, which has been erroneously categorized as a Natural Health product. Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
