Bank verification failure and desctivation of the selling account

I would like to ask about the bank verification process. We have been deactivated for more than 3 weeks, and I would like to make it through the bank account verification with your help. On our account health page, under INFORM Consumers Act, we have bank account verification pending, not verified.

Every time I've submitted the bank account documentation, in our case PSP issued Payoneer Account Statement for Amazon with account holder name as same as legal entity name on Amazon and the correct number of bank account, but we received the messages with e-mail; We are unable to verify your bank account as the account holder name does not match either the Point of Contact or Business Name on your Selling on Amazon Account. Upload a bank document to try verifying your bank account again.

To explain our situation 3 weeks ago, we did not have problem with bank verification. On that time, I suppose the our legal entity name was INTERLOGITEC and I needed to change to INTER LOGITEC Co.,Ltd to make coincidence with tax document and later I changed to INTERLOGITEC Co Ltd to make coincidence with Bank account name.

Our company is located in Japan and we have used English name with variety. Japanese name is just one but we can not manage to use same English name without correct knowledge. I suppose it might be the trigger of this problem, and we want to make it clear and correct the bad custom.

To clear up the confusion, what can I do? 

Recent our case id is 1578048056, which I chatted with account health staff.
