Action required: Account set to Inacctive due to dormancy

My Seller Central account status for my US Marketplace has been Inactive since June 23, 2024. I am a newbee to Amazon. For informational purposes I have chosen selling on Amazon as my source of income so this must matter be rectified. My first document submission for creating my Professional Seller Central Account, I believe in April, 2024 was successful.
My Account Health shows all Green which to me means the status of my Account Health has no issues with changing my account to Inactive.
I had a few personal matters that delayed listing a product so I have not yet listed a product for sale in my Professional Seller account. That will be changing very soon unless I cannot reactivate my account.
On June 23, 2024 I received two emails that I can forward to the appropriate Amazon Internal Support team for review about this account Inactivation, required change to my Charge Method and required submission of documents for the Seller Identity Verification Process.
Of emails received, One email, "Action required: Account set to Inactive due to dormancy" required me to Click on Replace Charge method and add my credit card details.
That same day or the following day that email was received, I went ahead and changed the credit card on file to a different card. That replacment card shows in the Charge Methods as active.
The other email, "Action required: Verify your Selling on Amazon Account" required me to go forward with a document verification and review process.
I was provided a link in that email and also in my Seller Central Performance Account Notifications. That link was to access the Seller Identity Verification process. Unfortunately I did not know of the Seller Central Account Preference and Preference Notifications pages existed on Amazon until at least a week after the Verification email was delivered to me
I have all documents and would gladly resubmit them or whichever they need. I believe both the link provided in the email received and preference notification has expired because by clicking on them NOW only returns me to my Seller Central Account Overview page.
I've exchanged several phone calls and emails with Amazon's support team in an attempt to receive a link to submit whatever documents required to grant this reactivation, without success. Can anyone help me in my effort to return my account status to active by pointing me where to navigate to a link to the Seller Identity Verification Process? Maybe then I can complete the instructions I've received to help me in returning my US Marketplace account status to active? Without returning the status to Active, it I cannot sell on Amazon and that is unacceptable. To this point I have followed all the rules that best i can.

I took a quick look at your account and it seems like you are through the verification process outside of your business address verification.
I can see that the post card is in route to be delivered 7/24/2024 from your 'Account Info' page you can navigate to via the settings/gear icon in the upper right hand corner of Seller Central.
Once that is received and verified, I believe you should be all set here.
Please let me know if there are other concerns I am missing. I'll hang tight here for your reply.
