Amazon keeps deactivating our listings due to false violation
In the last week our 5 ASINS in germany has been deactivated due to restricted products policy violations. According amazon we sell medical/surgical face masks and amazon asking for documentation. Our ASINS has nothing to do with face masks. This is game boards (toys category). We selling these ASINS for 5 years. After appealing amazon removes violation and listings goes back to active status.
Does anyone have idea why this happening? When first time happened I though it's a mistake but now it's a 5 times already.

Because many Amazon processes are run by really, REALLY poor AI bots. Unfortunately it's a continuing fight over more and more things like this every week.
