All Big Brands Re-gated my Store ( DESPERATE!)

I have almost $8,000 worth of products on Amazon. I started a few months ago, and we all know that in the beginning, you can't make any profit—you just keep reinvesting. But something worse happened. After spending two months having payment issues on Amazon for no reason (my account health is at 0 problems), today I received several emails from them, just minutes apart, saying that I was re-gated from the brands that make up more than 80% of my listings: Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, and New Balance. I'm desperate because hundreds of products will be sent back to me, not to mention the fees for this to happen.

Are you sure they will be sent back to you? Those brands are a big no-no to sell on Amazon.

These may as well be the 4 horsemen of the Amazonpocalypse.

If you do not have letters of authorization from each of these brands, it is very likely you will not be getting your inventory back at all (as they are deemed counterfeit).

If you do get them back, be very careful where you go to sell them as these brands keep a tight ship.

They won't send them back "Disposal" or real world liquidated is what will likely happen to all your FBA this is the risk you take when dancing with the FBA Devil!

Recently a ton of sellers have gotten re-gated in these brands. I got re-gated in lego and some Nike stuff, totally random with no issues over the past year. I am on another Amazon group that everyone is talking about this. No one is sure why this is happening.

You are out of luck here... Should have taken seller university and not relied on a tiktok influencer as a good source of information. You will not be getting your products back without a LoA from those brands.

I do understand your concern and frustration. This can be a common misunderstanding with new sellers. The difference between being un-gated for a product and having the permission from the Brand to sell those products on Amazon.

Thank you @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, @Seller_eyq5Q5mIyV5gu, @Seller_Ha6JyVvDK6Ybs and @Seller_Pt30aheGX2ycT for supporting the Community.

I will try and provide some general guidance. For greater detail concerning your specific situation, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With that information and the help from an internal team, I am able to research in greater detail.

This is what I found: Apply to sell a product, category, or brand and Prevent or resolve intellectual property (IP) policy violations Both these help videos are in Seller University.

Have you attempted to submit a removal order for those products? I would be interested in your experience with this as I am sure the Community would also like to know if you are able to remove those name brand items.

I look forward to your response. Thank you for reaching out on the Forums.

If they asked you for invoices to ungate them you also can not get them back from FBA so they will probably dispose of them.

If they do not ask for anything just gate the brands and try to remove them from FBA now, while you can.
