No way of getting help no customer service if your issue isnt listed
Hi, I am trying to get some help as our defererd payments have frozen and we have thousands that should have been payed out as the payements are way over the release dates. I click help and there is no option to discuss or open a case no matter what i put in the text box it sends me to the same 2 pages and they are a dead end. is there no longer telephone support? amazon are holding onto money illegally and I cant get access to it. There has to be a way of getting contcat or raising this? I f not im done with amazon and will be pulling my products out of FBA.

There is telephone support as long as you are on the professional selling plan (pay the £30 a month). They do a call back, I believe.
