Everywhere we are facing the same problem. Seller support doesn't help on anything.
And even if it is corrected, It only gets corrected in Account Health dashboard, but it still remains in Step dashboard and Prime Eligibility dashboard. So when we ask seller support to correct our metrics on other 2 dashboards. They literally does nothing.
We are hopless in current Amazon India. No one to complain, no one to help, just pay huge commission and beg.
