Its very Difficult to continue selling on Amazon.

I have started selling on amazon 1 year ago, but its very disaapointing to tell you that Amazon is itself not willing to care sellers, and it seems that he doesnt want sellers to sell products in its platform.

Orders are never been picked up by courier boys, if that order not being picked for 2 days it will automatically cancelled and a fine of Rs.127 have been charged to seller as a cancellation charge.

WHY ?? Sellers need to give the fine. we have packed the order and we are waiting for the Amazon courier boy to pick up the order.

The pick up boy doesnt bother to come that means they dont have any matrix to be violated, thats why they dont bother to come, Or Amazon dont take any action for unpicked orders to courier boys.

But Amazon has every right to take action on sellers, they negative a Rs 127 for cancellation charges.

This is unfair, totally unfair, which it gives no option other than quitting Amazon to sell.

Same happens with every new seller. Switch to self ship. Once you start getting a lot of orders you can switch to FBA.

Last 7 orders got missed by easyship and order got cancelled. They took cancellation charges. everytime i have been raising ticket but no action taken.

My order also missing since last two days. its first time with me. My order no is 407-0696832-4123512. its high value item and cancellation charges are 630/- that why as a precaution i'm writing here. i have already filled seller forum two for registering my complain for pickup not done. Hope amazon team will help the same

Hai, if the order is not picked up by easy ship - ATS team, you can register a complaint through the " easy ship pick up miss issue" form just after 6 pm. The amazon easy ship team will immediately communicate to the concerned local amazon Centre/hub to take the parcel on the same day or the next day morning. I have experienced this a few times.

Whenever a situation like this occurs, fill out the Easy Ship Missed Pickup form after the cutoff time.

  • You will need to file the form for each Order ID individually, but this method is effective.
  • If your claim is valid, Amazon will remove the Order Cancellation Rate or Late Dispatch Rate from your account.
  • Additionally, Amazon will address the issue with their courier partner on your behalf.

Actuly, Its not Amazon problem, The person who is coming to your place, he is not serious about his job. Abki jab mile toh Samjja do usko pyar se. Munna samjh jaayega. iske baad agar haath aur pair kaam karnege toh wo keval aapka hi packet uthaya karega.

nahi toh aap bhi nearest hub pe drop kar sakte ho.

I was getting 20+ orders in a day for one of my listing. Then Amazon blocked my listing without any reason as my account health shows zero policy violations, Account health team says there is no violation to take an action, you ask seller support to reinstate your listing. Seller Support says there is nothing we can do you contact account health's team or delete your listing. Amazon has just crushed all hopes!
