Problem with bank details
I keep getting emails to say my bank details need to be updated but the correct details are on my account. I can get no sensible help on the phone. I’m so fed up I just want to close my account and forego the small payment still owing to me but I can’t even see how to do this. Can anyone help??? “Help” is no help either.

Hi,
Firstly, do not click on any links within those emails (they may be phishing.) Always check directly on Seller central for any notifications or messages.
Have you checked here on all marketplaces (not just the UK) that your card and bank details are correctly assigned?
