FBA Orders not getting fulfilled
Looking for guidance on any further action I should be taking. See Issue below.
After several months, I newly reopened my FBA listing on 2/11/25. Since then 28 orders have been placed by customers, but not one of them has been fulfilled by AMZ as of yet. I have called and spoke with someone from AMZ Seller Support 4 times and just keep being told I have to wait 21 days until they can investigate. Seeing as my orders are not getting fulfilled by AMZ, I then closed the FBA listing and am selling via FBM in the interim. Those 28 FBA orders are now starting to cancel out. There are currently 105 units in reserve in the FBA listing. I have requested that AMZ investigate the units in reserve and tell me why none of the FBA orders are getting fulfilled. I'm getting nowhere with this. Please advise. Thanks, Deann

Did you check your inventory ledger? Are they in FC Transfer status? Or are these items sold via "in stock head start"?
