Royal Mail claim and Amazon refunds

Amazon have recently given a huge spike of refunds to customers as it’s non returnable. Problem is the loss. Safety claim denies the claims responding to its no refundable and we are responsible and customer when we reach out to for damaged photos for Royal Mail claim. They don’t respond so how to we get compensated. I use buy shipping, how can we claim with Royal Mail without proof of photos?

If you're getting lots of claims for items arriving damaged, surely you should be looking at your packaging.

Don't think that's RM's fault.

I think Royal Mail would deny multiple damage claims. They are unlikely to pay out if you are getting loads of damage claims especially if you can't provide any evidence.

Are these tracked items as there would be a picture of the parcel on delivery and you might be able to see if it is damaged or not.

There are fraudulent buyers out there who will take advantage of Amazon return policies. You may just be unlucky. Although if it is the same complaint all the time that the item arrived damage I would take a look at the packaging to make sure there is no way the item can be damaged in transit. Remember the items get chucked around a lot by RM staff. I often see them drag the sacks along the ground to the van and then hurl my sacks of mail from one end of the van to the other and I am sure similar things happen on the rest of the journey to the customer.
