Brand approvall got rejected twice

hi everyone, this single mom needs help!

I am following all the rules! I have pending trademark serial number with my brand name; I also have UPC specific for this product; I have certificate for minority and women-owned small business with my brand name. I have customised package box with my brand name PRINTED on it.

Brand approval got rejected twice and I was told to use pics that my brand-name directly printed on the package or product. Yes, I did, for twice!

Please help, what else can I do to solve this problem?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to assist you with getting your brand approved.

Are trying to enroll your brand in Brand Registry or are you looking for authorization to list under a brand name?

They are 2 different processes and only Brand Registry enrollment requires a Trademark.

For more info on Brand Registry, please take a look at the quick video on the Amazon Brand Registry landing page. From the link you can also navigate to the eligibility requirements and FAQ's.

For more info on the approval to list under your brand, please review the Amazon Brand Name Policy help page. About 1/3 of the way down the page is a Seller University video on how to resolve error code 5665.

I am happy to assist with either course of action and I did find a few case ID's for your brand qualification application, but I am unable to review any images that you attached.

Please let me know which direction you are wanting to go and I can provide additional assistance.
