FBM Shipping Labels Printing Different Weight for UPS
Realizing that there's a weird pattern for FBM orders.
Only caught on to it since last week. When I go and buy shipping from Amazon, I'll enter 13lb for example. I'll buy the label and print it.
The UPS label will say 6lb for example, even though I entered 13lb.
Is this normal? Will I get charged more down the line? I don't get it.

Hmm.. That is weird, I haven't seen that happen. Sometimes a higher weight gets displayed than entered due to the dimensional weight the package comes out to being put in the weight field, but that isn't what is happening here. Must be a new Amazon glitch.

Hi again, @Seller_hUtFxVNk6AEMi!
Thank you for sharing this issue. I saw a few other sellers talking about this in another thread. I am inquiring with the team to figure out what is going on and will update you when I can.

Hello, did you ever get a clear answer on this?

this has been happening with me, and haven’t got a clear answer from Amazon within a week. The shipping I do buy is charging me the same price as if it was working correct /and the shipping info shows correctly on Amazon page. In also very stressed of what fees could hit my axxount
I did realise if I bought UPS 2-day it did print out the correct weight it seems to only be the regular UPS ground.

This is still happening to me. Why is it taking so long for Amazon to fix this
