Customer opens return before item is even delivered, how?
My question is how is it possible for a buyer to open a return when the item hasn't even been received yet? I know they can return for any reason and I accept that, I just don't get how Amazon lets them open a return BEFORE they get the item. The return reason on this is that it's damaged.

Hi @Seller_2UAlCTV1ZoS9w, is it possible that the tracking information was not updated upon delivery? I'm happy to take a look at this order. Have you opened a case with Seller Support that mentions the order ID?
