Does the new tariffs policy on China affect Hong Kong?

I buy a lot from a Hong Kong based distributor who carries products made in Japan and South Korea. I wonder if the imports from Hong Kong will be affected by the new tariff policy on China.

Hong Kong is part of China. It's no longer autonomous. So any tariffs on China also include Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is part of China. It's no longer autonomous. So any tariffs on China also include Hong Kong.
