Striking of feedback with Amazon Buy Shipping
We had two orders recently for which we got neutral/negative seller feedback. Both are related to delivery issues, both were shipped using labels from Amazon Buy Shipping and both had a first carrier scan on time.
We opened cases and Seller Support stated that they are "unable to remove this feedback...". Has the policy changed when it comes to striking feedback when purchasing labels from Buy Shipping?
- "Items was listed as delivered but was not. Then item was supposedly delivered to different address." Ship by 1/21, Actual first scan by carrier 1/18 (Case ID 17078503131)
- "They delivered the package to the wrong place." Ship by 2/3, actual first scan by carrier: 2/3 (Case ID 17136805421). In this case, the deliver by date is 2/6, so it's not even supposed to be delivered yet.
