Customer first claimed that he never received the order and was delivered to wrong address, when i sent the proof to him with images of delivery and google maps the customer says well porch pickup theft happens
this order was for toilet paper,!!
clearly it shows customer was of bad faith , provided proof of delivery and communication to Amazon but agains useless Bog A-Z Team, that robots and Templates that dont care
