Not classified: Unable to classify.
Hello everyone,
I’m encountering a peculiar issue with listing a product that has colour variations (different ASINs) on Amazon FBA. For one colour, Amazon allows me to list it as a NON-DANGEROUS GOOD. However, for another colour, the system says “Not classified: Unable to classify.”
The product doesn’t contain harmful chemicals or batteries, and I’ve submitted the exemption multiple times, but it keeps returning as “Not classified.” I’ve reached out to seller support, but haven’t received a specific reply so far. Even though I have contacted them, I received the same answer every time that they ask me to upload it again.
It’s really weird because one colour can be classified as NON-DANGEROUS GOOD without any issues, but the other can’t. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Any advice on how to resolve this ?
