What is Relationships Sticky Delete(RSD) program?
I had some ASINs that were disconnected from their main product listing. To fix this, I uploaded a flat file with corrections. However, even though the flat file upload was successful, the listings remained separate. After waiting for about 20 days and finally reaching out to the seller support, I received a response. They informed me that they had reviewed the situation and found that the child ASINs couldn't be added to the parent listing due to being blocked by the Relationships Sticky Delete (RSD) program.
I'm wondering how I can go about solving this problem. Is it an internal issue? Has anyone else encountered this particular problem before?

Never heard of that before. Have you tried deleting the parent listing and creating a new one?

Thanks for reaching out with your difficulties with your variations that you haven't been able to reconnect. I'd like to review deeper to see what options I can offer for escalation. Can you please reply with your most recent Seller Support on this issue for my review.
In general this issue should be able to be resolved by deleting the variation, waiting 24 hours and then submitting a new variation, however there may be additional issues. Thank you for your understanding.
